Dr. Chen Shaofeng has joined Peking University since 2009 as an associate professor in the School of International Studies. Before Peking University, he worked in Beijing Foreign Studies University and the East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore. His research interests include energy security, the relationship of China and Southeast Asia, and regional and global governance.
Dr. Cheng received his Ph.D. degree in politics from Boston University and taught at University College Dublin and Michigan University. Currently he is an associate professor at the School of International Studies, Renmin University of China. His research interests focus on China-US relations and Chinese foreign policy.
Dr. Gui received his Ph.D. degrees in international studies from Waseda University and in laws from Peking University. He is currently an associate professor at the School of International Studies, Peking University. His research interests include eastern Asian international relationship and relationship among China, America and Japan.
Dr. Guo received his Ph.D. degree in Economcis from Univ. of Colorado, Boulder. Currently he is an associate professor at the School of Economics and Business Administration, Beijing Normal University. He is specialized in international trade and finance in China.
Dr. Hu received his Ph.D. degree in Chinese history from University of Minnesota Twin Cities. He is currently teaching at the School of History, Renmin University of China, and is specialized in political history of Qing dynasty and history of legal system.
Dr. Lin is an associate professor at the School of Foreign Languages, Peking University. His researches focus on the comparative studies of Chinese and English literatures, and also he specializes in Chinese historical novels.
Trained in Marketing at Peking University's Guanghua School of Business, Mr. Ma is the General Manager of International Internet, Inc., a subsidiary of China Central TV.
Dr. Sun has taught at many universities in the US since 1988 and tenured at University of Southern Mississippi in 1995. He has been director of the Beijing program for American University since 1998. His expertise is on prewar international relations in East Asia.
Dr. Wang received her Ph.D. in Communication from Syracuse University and is currently teaching at the School of Journalism and Communication at Peking University. She wrote and translated many works in both Chinese and English.
Dr. Wu teaches at Peking University. Her research concentrates on the social changes brought about by globalization.
Dr. Xie is an associate professor at Department of Sociology, Renmin University of China. Her research focuses on migration and social stratification in China.
Dr. Yuan is a research professor and vice president of China Institute of International Studies, Foreign Ministry. Before starting her academic career, she worked at the United Nations, and then she taught at Peking University and other institutions. Her major fields of research cover rural industrialization and the impact of open trade on developing economies.
Dr. Zhang is a post-doc researcher at the School of Archaeology, Peking University. Having studied at University of Pennsylvania (2008-2010), he specializes in the history of Chinese architecture.
Ms. Chen taught at Harvard Academy of Beijing and the summer program for Mt. Holyoke College before working for CSI. She joined CSI in 2012. She was on CSI duty at University of San Diego, 2014-2015.
Ms. Huang has taught at CSI since 2007 and was on CSI duty at American University, 2009-2010, and again at University of San Diego, 2012-2013.
Ms. Lang taught at the United States Naval Academy's summer Chinese Program and joined CSI in 2012. She was on CSI duty at University of Richmond, 2013-2014.
Ms. Lei taught at Princeton in Beijing in the summer of 2015 and joined CSI in 2016.
Ms. Li has taught at CSI since 2005 and was on CSI duty teaching Chinese at American University, 2007-2008.
Ms. Lin has taught at CSI since 2012 and has been on CSI duty at Linfield College, 2014-2017.
Ms. Liu taught at College of William and Mary’s summer intensive program at Tsinghua University in the summer of 2016. She joined CSI in 2016.
Ms. Liu taught at Harvard Academy of Beijing, 2010, and, was on CSI duty teaching Chinese at University of Richmond, 2011-2012.
Ms. Shi taught at Vanderbilt University's China program and joined CSI in 2008. She was on CSI duty at American University, 2012-2013.
Ms. Sun taught at Wesleyan University from 2013 to 2014 and Princeton in Beijing in the summers of 2013 and 2016. She joined CSI in 2016.
Ms. Yao taught at Oberlin College from 2011 to 2012 and Princeton in Beijing in the summers of 2011 and 2013. She joined CSI in the fall of 2013 and was on CSI duty teaching Chinese at University of Richmond, 2014-2015.
Ms. Zhou joined CSI in 2008. She taught at Harvard Academy of Beijing, Columbia University's China Program and was on CSI duty at University of San Diego, 2010-2012.
Ms. Zhu taught at Harvard Academy of Beijing in the summer of 2008 and joined CSI in 2014. Currently she is teaching at Macalester College on CSI duty.
